Tab 1

Coconut cream is made from the first pressing of a freshly grated meat of a mature coconut, whereas coconut milk is derived from the second pressing. Hence, coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water. The difference is mainly in the consistency; coconut cream has a thicker, more paste-like consistency, while coconut milk is generally a liquid. Both coconut cream and milk are prepared from 100% natural and fresh coconuts.
