Thai Brown Rice
Thai brown rice may be eaten as it is or milled into white rice. The name brown rice comes from its color because of the presence of bran layers, which are rich in gamma oryzanol (an anti-oxidant), iron, and vitamin B complex that help body metabolism and the maintenance of a healthy nervous system.
